Newtown Square, PA- Top Rated Spa has a direct hire opening for a Lead Front Desk Receptionist This person will be responsible for checking in clients arriving for their appointments, checking clients out and upselling services, making outbound calls to clients that haven't schedule an appointment in a certain time frame, as well as calling clients to remind them of their upcoming appointments. Seeking someone that is sharp, always a step ahead and leading by example. Training will be provided. Hours= Monday-Friday 3pm-9pm *Must work TWO Saturdays and Sundays per month Salary= $14/hour + Bonus incentives and health insurance package
