Sales Audit Supervisor (Electronic Settlements) - Full-time / Part-time

The Electronic Settlements Supervisor reviews and develops store settlement processes for all electronic payments. Supervises the Credit Card area in the reconciliation of credit cards, including chargeback resolution, fraud reviews and sales processing issues. Responsible for forecasting, analyses and budget of interchange fees and chargeback expenses. Evaluates system changes for performance, internal controls, and customer interaction to prevent loss. Performs systems testing for upgrades, patches, and new functionality. Evaluates current and new vendors for performance and potential savings.
