Maintenance Mechanic - Full-time / Part-time

Maintains and repairs physical structures of buildings and maintains grounds by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Performs preventive maintenance on all equipment such as cement mixers, forklifts, generators, compressors, and concrete vibrators Maintains and repairs buildings' plumbing and electrical systems, including replacing worn or defective parts such as switches and fuses. Diagnoses needed repairs on machinery and equipment Gathers pricing on large repair items Scheduling of appropriate contractors for large repairs Perform plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and welding repairs on equipment to ensure the start-up and continuity of the production
