Our client, located in El Paso, TX is seeking experienced clerks for a billing role. -Ensure shipment accuracy while using the SAP system. -Coordinate communication with other department as required. -Ensure relative documentation is created and/or entered into computerized system for all incoming/outbound shipments. -Communicate with Customer Service to coordinate releasing of loads. -Resolve shipment errors prior to shipment release. -Distribute workloads to forklift operators. -Communicate with carriers on load departure time. -Print bills of lading, pick lists, and stencils.
