e.l.f. Cosmetics is looking for a high-energy and motivated Key Holder to join our dynamic, high-growth company. This position will be based in the Rockaway Mall and will report directly to the Store Manager.
A Key Holder is an entry-level member of the store leadership team and works with this team to oversee the daily operatios of the store. Key Holders have the responsibility many leadership tasks including opening and closing the store, arming/disarming security systems, managing the cash wrap and handling deposits, and, of course, ensuring that exceptional service is being provided to our customers.
If you think you are the right person for this role, you will minimally bring to e.l.f. at least 1 year of retail management experience, knowledge of beauty, cosmetics and body care and the demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment. We also want individuals who are strong communicators with great follow up skills. And, it is very important that you are obsessed with beauty and willing to bring energy, fun and positivity to work every day!
