Customer Experience Specialist

Purpose: To ensure friendly and knowledgeable service support for customers.

Tasks
  • Constantly remains a friendly, professional demeanor with customers and coworkers.
  • Remains readily available to customers, develops a genuine understanding of their needs and assists them properly.
  • Answer telephones, relay messages, and route calls to appropriate team member.
  • Use routing software to schedule start-up and recurring services.
  • Maintain accurate records of important customer comments and interactions.
  • Make calls to customers to check satisfaction.
  • Answer basic questions from customers and prospects about company services.
  • Develops standard customer proposals and close a sale over the phone and/or pass the sale to the appropriate salesperson.
  • Sell company services to in-bound callers when needed.
  • Make calls to customers to collect past due amounts.
  • Manage the on-hold customers as directed.
  • Processing payments.
  • Post production of services to customer accounts.
  • Prepare customer mailings and perform other administrative tasks.
  • Willingly help others to complete tasks.
