Job Description

Summary

ZIVELO is seeking an individual to promote Sales team efficiency, productivity, accuracy, process adherence, and overall success. This position will assist all Sales Management through Sales team monitoring and reporting. Additionally, this position has an emphasis on detailed information and reporting, as well as critical time management skills. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, attention to detail, task oriented and prompt follow-up on all responsibilities.

Core Functions

1. Assist Department with tasks & projects
  • Liaison between Sales and other departments
  • Manage Sales Team Lead Queue
a. Phone Sales Queue
b. Internet Web Leads Incoming Sales Queue
c. Assign leads in proper and timely order
d. Ensure follow up to ZIVELO Gold Standards
  • Generate sales opportunity pipeline reports (Salesforce)
  • Attend weekly sales meeting(s), take notes, and send out action items to responsible parties.
  • Record weekly Sales pipeline forecasts and track projection accuracy
a. Compare each week/month/quarter projection to month/quarter/year-end total.
  • Daily Sales Leaderboard Management (Salesforce reports)
a. Monthly Trending
  • KPIs (weekly)
  • Total Dollars Sold (daily)

    Qualifications

    Education and/or Experience

    1. Associates degree preferred, In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience required.

    2. Minimum of one (1) years total experience in a sales admin role.

    3. Proven communication and employee relations skills necessary.

    4. Excellent computer skills.

    5. Detail oriented with a high figure it out mentality.
