Cell Tower Foreman

**POSITIONS OPEN FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE**
QUALIFIED FOREMAN RECEIVE $1000 INCENTIVE

Now hiring qualified Cell Tower Foremen that have at least 3 years' experience in the cellular wireless tower industry. Jobs are located in Las Vegas and surrounding areas.
Candidates must live in the Las Vegas area or willing to relocate upon being hired.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Installation of antenna system components (Coax, grounding, supports, weatherproofing, connectors, hardware, etc.)
• Installation and testing of Fiber
• Installation of RF components (RRUs, Antennas, TMAs, Diplexers, etc.)
• Must know and be efficient in Anritsu Sweep testing, Down Tilt Procedures and PIM testing.
• Must be able to figure azimuths.
• Read, implement and redline Constructions Drawings and RFDS.
• Prioritize and organize work to maximize time efficiency with given deadlines.
• Work as part of a team with the ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships / communication within a small group of workers.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work at various heights
• Must be able to lift in excess of 100 lbs.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must have a valid CA driver's license
• Qualified OSHA 30
• Certified RF Awareness
• Current Certification in CPR/First Aid/AED
• Current Certification in Aerial Lift operation
• Current Certification as an Authorized Climber a plus
• Must be able to work overtime, including weekends and evening hours is asked.

Computer Skills: Must be proficient with MS Office (Excel and Outlook)
