About this job

The Branch Administrator is to oversee the overall operation of the branch ensuring that branch procedures are performed in an effective and efficient manner. In addition, the Branch Administrator is expected to be available after hours as needed to provide emergency assistance to professional staff regarding client service issues. A successful Branch Administrator will maintain an atmosphere of collaboration, participation, and teamwork within the branch and home offices.

  • Ensures compliance with federal/state regulations governing home health care services through policy
  • Provides ongoing feedback and performance review and mentoring to employees
  • Reports to the Regional Manager
Requirements
  • Baccalaureate degree
  • Training and experience in health service administration required
  • A minimum of 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or related health programs required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • The ability to set priorities and have independent judgment in a high-volume environment
