Support the Relationship Banking and Treasury Management teams facilitating the onboarding, maintenance and deepening of client relationships through proactive client outreach.Demonstrate a clear understanding and deep technical knowledge of Columbia Bank's full product suite with a focus on depository and treasury management products and services. Work to turn our clients into Columbia Bank advocates through tailored and focused relationship management and support.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Proactive in client engagement and providing exceptional ongoing support for commercial clients
  • Accepts referrals and provides technical and sales assistance to retail and commercial partners
  • Utilize CRM system to provide support and memorialize outreach activities for the RBO team
  • Emerging ability to perform and assist in sales demonstrations and discussions on depository and TM products and services to clients and prospects
  • Collaborate with TM to ensure most current updates to all TM products are incorporated into demos and trainings to maintain a consistent client experience
  • Comfortable in technical troubleshooting of TM products with clients on-site and over the phone
  • Emerging ability to explain technical systems and processes in a manner suitable for audiences of varying degrees of technical capacity
  • Assist in tracking RBO market pipelines for new business depository and TM products opportunities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle
  • Work collaboratively with Relationship Bankers and Lending teams to ensure seamless marketing efforts
  • Attain knowledge of other banking services offered by other Lines of Businesses to identify and offer qualified referrals
  • Developing ability to review Account Analysis statements and generate proposals and RFP responses of low to medium complexity
  • Gathers information and sets appointments for RBO client check-ins
  • Manages NSF activity in RBO absence
  • Support web based sales presentations and client trainings
  • Other duties and projects as assigned
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of 2 years of banking experience
  • High diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to make sound decisions and communicate those decisions effectively
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM system
  • Client satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a strong, results-oriented team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to provide client solutions
  • Comfortable leading a demo or group training
  • Ability to manage a complex workflow
