Resident Manager at self storage facility (2 member team/couple)

276 unit self storage facility in Fort Collins in search of a management couple/2 person team . Position offers a 2 bedroom apartment with all utilities and Internet included on site. The office person will perform light bookkeeping tasks, operating a credit card machine, recording payments and general office duties, 40 hour week. Bookkeeping experience preferred. The secondary team member/couple will perform light maintenance, yard care for 10 hours per week. The secondary member can have outside full time employment as long as 10 hours per week are provided in this position. PLEASE APPLY ONLY IF A 2 MEMBER COUPLE/TEAM.
