We are looking for Customer Service Associates(CSA) who are as interested in delivering incredible customer service as we are! As a CSA you will be the front line, dealing directly with the customers and, in many cases, being the first impression they have of HomeWorks Energy. Primary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
  • Delivering superlative customer service to all HomeWorks Energy customers
  • Receiving inbound calls to schedule customer appointments for a variety of services
  • Inbound calls from customers inquiring about the status of projects underway
  • Conduct other tasks during downtime between calls, including data entry and program approvals
  • Participate in ongoing skill-building and informational training sessions
  • Adhere to directed methodologies to ensure a high quality conversion rates and throughput
  • Meet weekly with direct manager to review and discuss ongoing performance, personal satisfaction and vision, as well as HomeWorks updates, mission, and cultural values.

Requirements include (but are not limited to):
  • 6-12 months of experience working in a Customer Service or Logistics Role is preferred
  • Flexible Schedule, which includes some weekends
  • Concern for environment and belief in need for greater energy efficiency
  • Desire to deliver exceptional customer service to every customer
  • Receives and incorporates feedback to improve in daily work
  • Ability to adapt in an evolving role and work environment
  • Able to manage a series of potentially evolving tasks as assigned
  • Helpful team player who listens to and is concerned about others
  • Attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Developed computer literacy; experience with Salesforce or CRM platforms a plus
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Spanish speaking is a plus
Compensation & Benefits Include:
  • Target Annualized Pay: $40,000 / Expected Range: $36,000-$44,000
  • Pay will consist of an hourly wage plus performance bonuses
  • Performance bonus structures will be reviewed quarterly and may be updated
