- Communicates with fellow team members on maintenance issues, guest requests, guest complaints and sales leads
- Handles accounting of money, receipts, guest accounts and credit through operation of the cash register and completion of reports required to ensure company funds are secure
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Opera Experience preferred
- Ability to accurately and efficiently input information into computer systems
- Ability to work cohesively with all hotel team members
- Willingness to stand for long periods of time
- Must wear proper uniform at all times
