We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring, energetic individual with great communication skills to join our dental team. Knowledge of Dentrix is a plus. You will be responsible to coordinate schedule to production goals and overall management of team. Our state of the art private practice is currently seeking for a talented, enthusiastic and driven front office coordinator. As the front office coordinator, you create the first impression and a lasting impression for each patient, whether in person or on the phone.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides patients with excellent customer service.
- Managing patient appointments from reminder calls to final check out
- Updating and managing patient records
- Retrieving benefit/insurance
- Patient check in/check out
- Collection and billing preparation
- Preparation and presentation of treatment diagnosed/financial arrangements
Minimum Requirements:
- Dental Front Office
- Understand dental insurance
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and highly organized
