Vera Cadillac Buick GMC is looking for Sales Consultants to join our growing Family!
We are a Family Owned & Operated dealership founded in South Florida. The Vera Family began serving this community with the first Cuban restaurant in 1956 and then got into the car business in the mid ‘80’s. We have been serving the South Florida community for over 60 years!
We do business very differently than the average car dealership and treat our customers with trust, respect and dignity…unlike the typical dealership in South Florida.
We have salespeople that have worked at Nordstrom, Outback, Harley Davidson, and BrandsMart. They came to Vera and the car business, and realized there is a company and an industry where you can make great money, still take care of customers and be treated great by your employer.
Our lowest paid sales consultant makes approximately $35,000 a year and our top sales consultant makes approximately $140,000 with an average of $50,000 yearly. This is the kind of money you can make in this industry with a great team like Vera.
Military personnel, restaurant, and retail/mall employees make some of our best salespeople because they are used to providing great customer service, they are polite, and know how to work retail hours.
Requirements
Our new hire pay plans provide salaried positons along with flexible schedules for a smoother transition during the first 3 to 6 months. This makes it financially comfortable for you and allows for patience and growth in a new industry. If you are experienced in car sales then you can choose our traditional pay plan. We give YOU the option to choose. We also provide paid training.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
- Prior sales experience preferred but not required
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
- Organization and follow-up skills
- Experience and desire to work with technology
- Valid in-state driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
