About this job

Position is responsible for on-site service and support for VLS personnel, including the executive management team. The position requires delivering friendly and excellent service to business users and maintaining a stable operation.

Typical duties include:

- Assist with help desk tickets and IT related issues for the Plymouth, MI Office

- Provide support for desktop/laptop users

- Audio and Visual support for conference rooms

- Provide support to end user community for restaging machines, Microsoft O365, other application issues, and hardware and other breakfix conditions.

- Support company issues cellular devices, assist with reporting and monitoring issues.


Experience: Prefer 3 years of experience related to the above description

- Strong IT/computer technical skills in order to resolve issue in a timely manner.

- Good written and verbal English communication skills

- Ability to function in fast paced and energetic team, handing multiple priorities.
