Full-Time Coordinator of Marketing and Outreach Programs



Reports To: Director of Marketing and Community Relations

Responsibilities:
  • Assists the Director of Marketing & Community Relations in planning, managing and coordinating internal and external marketing projects.
  • Collaborates with community partners, schools and health insurance plans to develop and implement marketing initiatives.
  • Develops marketing materials in variety of formats, including flyer, audio, video and print.
  • Coordinates and participates in outreach and marketing events such as community fairs, workshops, open house events, etc.
  • Coordinates with departments and project teams regarding implementation activities.
  • Coordinates with press to organize press event.
  • Prepare reports related to marketing initiatives.
  • Collect data for review and analysis.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum B.A. or B.S. in health or marketing, social service, or related field.
  • Working knowledge of applications (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint) required
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in a human service or health-related setting, especially conducting outreach and/or marketing in the Asian, South Asian and/or Spanish community.
  • Strong project management, interpersonal and communication skills required.
  • Professional oral and written proficiency in English.
