Full-Time Coordinator of Marketing and Outreach Programs

Responsibilities:
- Assists the Director of Marketing & Community Relations in planning, managing and coordinating internal and external marketing projects.
- Collaborates with community partners, schools and health insurance plans to develop and implement marketing initiatives.
- Develops marketing materials in variety of formats, including flyer, audio, video and print.
- Coordinates and participates in outreach and marketing events such as community fairs, workshops, open house events, etc.
- Coordinates with departments and project teams regarding implementation activities.
- Coordinates with press to organize press event.
- Prepare reports related to marketing initiatives.
- Collect data for review and analysis.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum B.A. or B.S. in health or marketing, social service, or related field.
- Working knowledge of applications (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint) required
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in a human service or health-related setting, especially conducting outreach and/or marketing in the Asian, South Asian and/or Spanish community.
- Strong project management, interpersonal and communication skills required.
- Professional oral and written proficiency in English.
