Account Manager- Negotiator - Full-time / Part-time

Century’s Account Managers are compensated with an hourly rate and a monthly commission bonus. The best of both worlds! The target compensation is $42,000+. We also have an awesome working environment with many opportunities for career growth.

Our Negotiations team members are high-energy, self-motivated individuals possessing an ability to overcome objections. With a strong work ethic and an organized attention to detail, you become one of our client’s biggest allies.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively contact creditors and collection agencies to negotiate a reduced settlement and finalize all aspects of a settlement agreement.
• Strategize to create a plan to most successfully address each client account and utilize client funds with the most positive impact for the client.
• Build rapport with Creditors to achieve a mutually beneficial working relationship.
• Gathering and submitting required documentation for approval and payment of accounts, not limited to transmittal and receipt of various e-faxes to and from enrolled clients', creditors', collection agencies, and attorney offices.
• Reporting and various other tasks assigned by direct supervisor

Requirements:

• Self-starter with strong communications skills
• Ability to prudently use persuasion and subtlety
• Tenacity, drive and good judgement to reach numbers that correlate with helping our clients
• Ability to meet and exceed monthly goals and quotas
• Commitment to excellence
• Extremely organized with a passionate attention to detail
• Focus to stay on task
• Standard knowledge of Excel
• Money-motivated
• Collections and inside sales experience is preferred
