About this job

Specific duties include:
  • Providing superior client support at all times, including answering routine questions or complaints while maintaining a courteous manner
  • Knowledgeably referring to a supervisor or the appropriate department if necessary
  • Becoming well versed in Century’s programs and services to proficiently explain them to clients
  • Maintain client information in the database, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Willingness to support clients with empathy and a commitment to Century’s values
KNOWLEDGE AND ESSENTIAL SKILLS
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient PC skills for MS Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Very organized utilizing multitasking abilities and an attention to detail
  • Strong team player
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service

  • An equivalent combination of experience, education, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
