JOB SUMMARY:

To verify that settlements have been processed correctly and with high quality. To rectify problems with settlements to ensure accuracy and completeness for both internal and external parties’ standards. To review and reconcile all client and company monies while preparing a client for the graduation of their program.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Specific duties include but are not limited to:
  • Review settlements in company CRM for accuracy and in accordance to internal/external requirements
  • Ensure all settlements meet company standards
  • Proper documentation in company CRM
  • Escalate issues to manager when necessary
  • Monitor outgoing client funds for timeliness, follow-up as necessary
  • Report all findings weekly, and file accordingly. Submit reports to management to ensure proper follow-up
  • Effectively communicate with other related departments
KNOWLEDGE AND ESSENTIAL SKILLS
  • Ability to follow up and multi-task
  • Basic PC knowledge; keyboarding; web navigation
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
  • Ability to present facts, reports, and recommendations effectively in oral and written form.
  • Problem analysis and resolution
