We’re seeking an organized self-starter to provide admin support our Senior Leadership team. Our organization is undergoing a historic transformation; we are disrupting an industry. We need all-star support to help our Senior Leaders make it happen.

What You'll Do Here:
  • Meeting and Event Planning - Collect information on specifications/agenda for meetings, identify resource requirements, coordinate service provisions and manage the event to ensure that the sessions (onsite or off-site) meet or exceed requirements and expectations
  • Travel Planning - Handle all travel arrangements and frequent revisions as needed, arrange airline/hotel/car rentals and manage expense process
  • Problem Solving - Liaison with corporate leadership, executives and colleagues on a regular basis to solve issues quickly and proactively
  • Network Building - Work effectively with a broad cross-section of people and levels, comfortably handle very high level/sensitive information and thrive in an extremely fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Be a high energy, self-starter who anticipate needs and proactively finds solutions with minimal direction at times
  • Information Building - Assist with preparation of presentations and reports, using PowerPoint and Excel
Skills You Will Need Here:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate environment working for senior-level executives
  • Superior organization skills and strong attention to detail and diligent follow up is essential
  • Must exercise sensitivity, discretion, tact and diplomacy in every day dealings
  • A high level of integrity in maintaining confidentiality
  • Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and decision-making discretion is necessary
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and situations before they are fully developed
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – are required. Must be able to determine what, when, how and to whom information must be communicated
  • Superior time management skills and proven ability to manage multiple tasks and competing and shifting priorities are essential
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change and adapt work style and processes according to the dynamic nature of the business and organization
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Must be available to work overtime as needed
  • Some overnight travel. One to two conferences per year and an occasional visit to other offices as needed
