About the Position:
Our open Marketing Specialist position coordinates the dealerships customer satisfaction transactional survey process, and fulfills various business intelligence reporting and data analysis functions. You will develop and effectively communicate customer satisfaction, market share, and other related business records. Company wide coordination of all customer experience related research and optimization is also a focus of the job.
Qualifications & Experience Needed:
2 years minimum experience in sales, marketing or analytics. A AA degree is preferred. Eligible candidates will need high competency with Microsoft Office Products. Must have excellent verbal, written and public speaking communication skills. Able to work in a stressful/busy environment. Able to handle multi-tasks on a regular basis. Must be able to travel as needed and have a valid Driver's License.
