Hall and Partners is currently seeking a talented Account Director who is passionate about advertising and brand communications to work as part of a team in helping Health brands make strategic decisions.
  • Lead projects through regular client contact, day-to-day research management and delegation of key duties
  • Prepare proposals based on a client discussion and RFP (request for a proposal) document and see them through to completion
  • Be the driving influence in survey design and management
  • Takes ownership of questionnaire design based on client’s business and research objectives
  • Take the lead in survey analysis and interpretation, including working with senior researchers
  • Lead report preparation, including designing presentation of data through charts and tables as well as writing an executive summary and recommendations (MS Power Point mastery is a must)
  • Present to a high level client audience
  • Maximize and manage client satisfaction; participate in proposal “pitch teams”
  • Manage billings and profits and play an active role in forecasting and budgeting
  • Minimum of 7 years research experience (healthcare/pharmaceutical market research experience is a plus, but not required)
  • Experience executing a diverse set of quantitative and qualitative research studies across methodologies and therapeutic areas; experience and a good comfort level with multiple types of survey research, especially custom designed studies, including landscape, positioning, message testing, creative/copy testing, segmentations, tracking, etc.
  • An individual who wholeheartedly enjoys helping our pharmaceutical and biotech clients grow brands, who is excited about brand communications, and who is driven to give our clients the highest quality and innovative market research solutions possible.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Project management experience
  • Experience in managing the development of junior staff
  • Solid organizational skills and ability to multitask
