Japanese/English-speaking Purchaser FT for Seafood - Full-time / Part-time

We desire a background in understanding the needs of our restaurant and institutional customers but we are willing to train the right person/people. Our customers depend upon us for Quality and Customer Service.

It is important that our person speak both English and Japanese.

We are looking for candidates with knowledge of international marketing and research techniques, strong sourcing and analytical abilities, superior writing skills, organizational effectiveness and familiarity with computer systems and databases. Background or college study in Supply Chain or Sales/Marketing or Food Service Industry Management is very desirable. If you have procured products from overseas, this is very desirable.

• Working hours are 6:00 am - 4:00 pm M - Fri. Hour lunch.
