Body Shop Technician - Full-time / Part-time

Overall Responsibility:

The purpose of the Body Shop Mechanic/Helper is to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates. To perform all suspension, engine repairs and interior repairs on collision damaged vehicles consigned to the Body Shop.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Performs front end alignments
• Diagnoses suspension or drive-line damage
• Diagnoses electrical issues with vehicles
• Replaces any and all damaged suspension parts
• Mounts tires and balances wheels
• Replaces damaged wiring harnesses, or reinstalls harnesses after body repair
• Replaces E.C.M.'s (or other computer components)
• Removes and reinstalls interiors
• Removes and replaces dashes and dash components
• Maintains strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation
• Adheres with caution to all safety policies of the company
• Keeps work area clean and tidy at all times
• May be required to attend company training
• Maintaining dealership quality standards

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver license
• At least 1 year of body shop experience at dealership or shop
• Ability to work Saturdays, late shift and overtime
• Ethical and Honest
