Job Description
CACI Enterprise IT Operations has an opportunity for an experienced Training Specialist and Portal Administrator to support the performance of the Program Management Office of a large and complex IT enterprise program.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As the program's Training Specialist and Portal Administrator you will be working as directed by the Business Operations Manager with some of your duties and responsibilities outlined below:
-Manages employee engagement activities at a program level and coordinates training activities across tasks, including strategic training to support specific project requirements.
-Responsible for development and coordination of the training programs for the contract.
-Researches, organizes, writes, edits, and produces technical data for training purposes.
-Maintains the Team CACI Management Portal (TCMP) day-to-day activities to ensure and promote knowledge sharing across the Enterprise for the life of the contract.
-Focus on training requirements to include updating the program's training plan and coordinating refresher training.
-In addition, provide portal management to maintain document creation/knowledge sharing capabilities.
-Selects or develops teaching aids, such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, and reference works.
-Conducts general or specialized training sessions covering specified areas, such as those concerned with new employees, refresher training, upgrading, and other such adaptations to changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies.
-Provides guidance to less experienced employees.
-Communicate effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with administering an online portal, such as SharePoint.
- Expert with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
Education and Experience:
-Typically requires Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, English, or a related discipline and 5 to 7 years of experience.
- Great verbal/written communication skills.
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
- Should have strong interpersonal skills.
Physical Demands:
Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
