Guy & O’Neill is looking for a detailed, effective, and nimble Marketing Coordinator to join a fast-paced team leveling up our company. This position will report to the Director of E-Commerce & Digital Marketing and will support our contract and retail businesses. Candidate must be someone who likes to wear many hats, move fast, and operate with independence. Candidates must be highly organized and capable of balancing priorities within a fast-moving environment.

Areas of Responsibility:
  • Support the marketing department by scheduling and organizing marketing projects
  • Work with marketing, sales, and customer innovation teams to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to completion of projects and tasks
  • Manage editorial and promotional calendars
  • Receive, organize, and respond to marketing brief requests
  • Create and manage effective tracking systems for marketing activities
  • Create and manage sales materials such as decks, spec, and sales sheets
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to produce exceptional promotional materials and content that meet or exceed specifications
  • Manage repository of digital assets including photography, renders, video
  • Play a key contributing role in maintaining our PIM (product information) system
  • Collaborate with external agencies to ensure on-time deliverables
  • Support Sales and E-Commerce with product content requests
  • Identify and analyze competitors
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing data
Requirements

The ideal candidate has previous experience as part of an in-house marketing organization. The Marketing Coordinator will take ownership of keeping projects running on time within the marketing department and will coordinate with project managers and sales staff. There is room to grow for the right individual and contributions will be visible and rewarded.   • BS degree in marketing or relevant field
  • Proven success and work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role
  • Solid working knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools and strategies
  • Excellent computer skills, bonus if skilled in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiar with Customer Relationship Management software
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Bonus if experienced copywriter
