Fast Growing Start Up In Search of Top Talent for New Office in Austin
Titan Urban Transportation, Austin’s newest transportation start up, is looking for full time/part time/weekend/graveyard reservation agents . You’ll be responsible for handing our most distinguished customers and booking agents by handling incoming calls and emails to book local/domestic/international ground transportation. As an Exec Rep you’ll do all this this while providing the highest standard of customer service getting in at the ground floor at an exciting new start up!

You’ll be responsible for handing our most distinguished customers and booking agents by handling incoming calls and emails to book local/domestic/international ground transportation. As an Exec Rep you’ll do all this this while providing the highest standard of customer service getting in at the ground floor at an exciting new start up!
What’s Required:
- > 2 years of experience in call center/customer service environment.
- Have a working knowledge of computers, Internet, and phone systems.
- Able to to review and draft correspondence in email and word processing systems.
- Proficient in your use of language, grammar and style in preparation of verbal and written messages to convey a clear, concise, friendly, and appropriate message to agents and customers.
- Well-organized and detail oriented.
- Willingness to cross train in order to handle additional duties when needed.
- Strong computer problem solving skills
- Associate's degree or greater
- Experience with LimosAnywhere
- Previous start up experience
