We have identified the need for a Senior Project Manager to support the GMO onsite Program. The Senior Project Manager’s time will be allocated to the management of moderate complexity marketing resources, navigate and accurately adhere to an approval process while ensuring the highest attention to compliance.

Primary Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:
  • Manages the status/accuracy of Zinc/Veeva
  • Manages the status/accuracy of WorkFront Tool
  • Accurately coordinates with other points in the CADMR E2E, including ROME, digital publishing, editorial, Presto, Asset Librarians.
  • Lead/conduct weekly DELIVER Meetings
  • Liaise with Agency/PPS on specifications to ensure accurate and complete information.
  • Works in Coordination with Merck Portfolio Manager Group
  • Ensures delivery dates are met and information is provided prior to PRT completion to prevent delays.
  • Manages the proofing/production process and status for on time delivery
  • Interface with warehouse and manages inventory levels/ordering to avoid stock-outs
  • Provides GMO central contact point to ensure the ON TIME DELIVER of a job
  • Brings clear process understanding and updates to the job as it goes through DELIVER phase in support of, Editorial, PPS/RRD, ROME Process Mgr, Toolbox Admin and Telescope Asset Librarian.
  • Enables collaboration and manages overall process for Printed materials including “rush” items to ensure smooth completion
  • Primary point of contact for project manager team regarding activities related to ZINC
  • Provides business consultation to other project managers. This position requires an application of superior project management skills to effectively manage program timelines and budgets, excellent analytical skills, application of financial concepts, and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Leverage learning from previous product launches to provide business consultation to brand teams
  • Accountable for leading team to ensure services provided meet internal and external customers' needs.
  • Evaluate the success and ROI of programs developed by this team
  • Manages all program systems and activities to ensure that production and quality expectations are achieved and meet or exceed all client contractual requirements
  • Designs, develops and generates reports, analyzing the data to ensure accuracy and that the content is meeting Client needs
  • Partners with internal departments to develop training plans for the team or individuals; assists with program training, including but not limited to assessing training needs, providing refresher training and observing post-training performance to determine if training was successful.
  • Develops and maintains a strong partnership with Client representatives and internal business partners.
  • Responds and complies with any program investigations, audits, assessments and participates in and adheres to corrective actions.
  • Maintains program-related job aids, reference guides and/or training documents.
