Titan Factory Direct in Austin, TX is currently hiring Professional Housing Consultants!
As a Professional Housing Consultant with TItan, you will lead the customer through all aspects of the home buying process. From marketing for new customers, finding the customers housing needs, finance, home presentation, closing, and home customization.
We are looking for someone who has sales experience, is self motivated, has tons of energy, great communication skills, and wants to start a CAREER and grow with the company!
As a Professional Housing Consultant for Titan, you will receive:
-Top of the line sales and finance training
-Full health benifits
-5 day work week
-Uncapped commission with guaranteed draw pay every 2 weeks
-Unlimited income opportunity (average PHC income is $60,000-$120,000 per year)
-Company paid Vacations and Bonuses (We have an annual company trip for top producers, the last 2 years have been Maui and Cabo)
We also only promote from within at Titan, meaning that from Day 1 we will be training you to be a future Sales Manager, and eventually a General Manager! We are rapidly opening new stores and will be in constant need of General Managers to take over and run future Titan Sales Centers!
