As an Insurance Sales Agent you are responsible for helping customers navigate through their insurance needs and potential options across multiple carriers and products. Whether you are a sales professional with experience or a recent graduate who is highly motivated and has a passion for the insurance industry, we would like to meet you!

As an Insurance Sales Agent your responsibilities will be:
  • Sell Auto, Property, and other Personal Lines Insurance products to individuals using consultative sales techniques
  • Become an expert on over 25+ insurance products across our insurance carriers
  • No Cold Calling! Marketing driven pre-qualified leads means no cold calling or lead prospecting while you work to grow your book of business over time
  • Positively represent over a dozen carriers by advising customers on rates and coverage options
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by educating and consulting customers on their personal risks and the best coverage options
  • Consistently meet set performance expectations for sales goals and quality assurance standards
Prior Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree or commensurate business experience
  • Hold an active MA Personal Lines Insurance license; Goji pays all expenses associated with initial & continued license needs
  • Be highly proficient in computer, windows-based programs with excellent navigation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
  • Have the ability to think critically, solve problems, serve customers and embrace new challenges
  • The interest and willingness for continuous learning
  • Sales Representative experience
Preferred Qualities:
  • Competitive spirit and the capability & drive to be a top performer
  • Comfortable in a fast paced, startup environment with a desire to excel & grow within our rapidly expanding sales force
  • High energy and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • The ability to seek out, accept and integrate feedback professionally
  • Previous sales, lead generation, customer service, fundraising or recruiting experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
