General Summary:
Conducts negotiation and administration of government contracts and/or subcontracts. This position would specifically be responsible for the administration of several large-volume General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedules (MAS).

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience.
Qualifications
General Summary:
Conducts negotiation and administration of government contracts and/or subcontracts. This position would specifically be responsible for the administration of several large-volume General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedules (MAS).
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administers GSA Schedules; assist in administration of Government-wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACS) and subcontracts, including negotiation, correspondence, documentation, certification, and contractually required reporting.
- Secondary responsibility for all administration relating to fee payments for GSA Schedules, BPAs, and GWAC Contracts - including reporting and prompt payment of fees.
- Preparation of ISR/SSR reporting on Schedules and GWACs, including submission into eSRS.
- Oracle system setup/maintenance of Schedules/GWACs, including templates.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining GSA Schedule Price Lists and uploading applicable Schedule data and pricing to GSA Advantage.
- Prepare/review/negotiate Teaming and Subcontract agreements; maintain Subcontract agreement templates.
- Assist in migration of acquisitions' GSA Schedules/GWACs/BPAs as required.
- Modify Schedules and participate in vendor reseller agreement negotiations when required.
- Provide advice and interpretation of contract requirements, including pricing requirements.
- Provide GSA Schedule guidance, training, and assistance to both technical and contractual staff.
- Review solicitation requests to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
- Prepare proposals for new Schedules/options as required.
- Provide audit support and assist in special projects as required.
- May provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced contract administrators.
Education
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years or related experience in contracts administration – specifically in the administration and utilization of GSA Schedules is preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the practices, procedures, and processes involved in contracts administration, inclusive of GSA Schedules and GWACs.
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, terms, conditions, and policies governing assigned contracts, including FAR, DFAR, and CAS.
- Effective administrative and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
