We are looking for a Leasing Coordinator to join our company and act as a point of contact for our vendors and employees. Leasing Coordinator responsibilities include supporting regular office operations along with scheduling deliveries and pickups of our customers mobile offices. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organization skills along with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Our ideal candidate has knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer and vendor relationships.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Process all deliveries and pickups of units in a timely efficient manner, including generation of delivery/pickup/move sheets, coordinating with the yard personnel, truck drivers and outside vendors, submittal of all related billings and weekly reports
  • Procure and maintain insurance certificates for all active leases and vendors
  • Maintain customer file folders
  • Assist Project Coordinator as needed
  • Answer a multi-line phone system, forwarding calls as necessary and appropriate
  • Provide sales support for sales staff on leasing inquiries as needed
  • Maintain current information in company database for subcontractors and customers
  • Provide quotes for leasing when sales staff not available
  • Generate overall branch PO’s with proper coding, dates, and amounts
  • Assist corporate with invoice and collection issues (by understanding collection and repossession procedures)
  • Log and maintain monthly fleet expense report
  • Work in coordination with branch management in reviewing expenses and projecting expenditures.
  • Active participation in weekly branch meetings
Requirements

Skills/Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience providing sales and office administrative support
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Attention to detail, strong organization and follow-up skills
  • Excellent communications skills; both verbally and written
  • Strong Customer service skills
Physical Requirements:
  • Spend hours sitting and using office equipment and computers
  • May occasionally perform light lifting of supplies and materials
