Overview
As an Admissions Representative at Gene Juarez Academy, you will keep our school at maximum enrollment capacity with qualified students who will graduate, be successfully employed in the cosmetology industry, and enhance the cosmetology image and reputation.

They style celebrities, work backstage at Fashion Week, style for photo shoots, consult for national magazines and more. Providing cosmetology students with the highest quality of educators ensures that our students will receive an education that is relevant to what today's salon clients want and the skills necessary to deliver. Gene Juarez Academy is accredited by the National Accrediting Commission of Career Arts and Sciences (NACCAS). Accreditation ensures the highest standards in cosmetology education. It also provides our students with the opportunity to apply for Federal & State financial aid for cosmetology programs to help cover the investment of our tuition

Reporting to: Campus General Manager and Assistant Director of Enrollment
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work with administrative staff to create an effective Admissions Department focused on the enrollment process and telephone support;
- Set interview appointments through immediate contact with prospective students;
- Interview and screen candidates to ensure students with ability to complete the course, graduate, and be successfully employed in the industry are enrolled using a scripted process;
- Sell the program and the Academy by overcoming obstacles and meeting the prospective student's needs;
- Enroll students in compliance with regulartory requirements and school policies and procedures. Facilitate new class orientation;
- Protect our reputation by providing factual, documented information about the Academy programs;
- Maintain Student Resource Center with up-to-date disclosure information, including information on other states;
- Submit admissions activity log each day.
