LOCATION: Part-time positions available throughout the Twin Cities metro area! Choose from: Apple Valley, Bloomington, Burnsville, Crystal, New Brighton, Plymouth, Richfield, Rosemount, St. Louis Park, St. Paul and South St. Paul
HOURS: Flexible with your schedule!
JOB SUMMARY: Floater Direct Support Professionals (Floater Program Counselors) train at several residential programs in the Twin Cities Metro. Floaters are called upon to fill open shifts at those homes. Hours available vary, but usually consist of weekend mornings, weekend evenings, and weekday afternoons/evenings. Floaters can work anywhere from 8 to 40 hours per week, depending upon their availability and the number of open shifts.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to attend to personal cares, household cleaning, meal preparation, and health needs
- Positive Attitude and compassion desired
- Ability to stand on feet majority of a shift and go up and down stairs throughout shift, as needed
- Background clearance
- Valid driver's license, acceptable record and insurance required
- 18 years or older
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, written and verbally
