Gene Juarez Salons & Spas is seeking talented Contact Center Agents to provide the finest personal service to our Clients. We are seeking individuals with a passion for service excellence, a strong desire to help others and a drive to create an unforgettable experience with graciousness and gratitude while setting salon and spa appointments for our clients. Responsibilities

As a Contact Center Agent, you are responsible for reserving appointments over the phone for all 10 Gene Juarez locations. As an expert in the call center, you will have a clear knowledge of all of our services and treatments and the artists and therapists that provide them.

• Provide a quality, positive, memorable interaction with graciousness & gratitude
• Provide guidance to products and services of Gene Juarez Salon and Spas to our clients
• A pleasant, engaging attitude and phone voice
• Provide feedback to leadership of trends
• Team player
• Positively reflects the Gene Juarez Salon and Spas brand
• Create excitement w/our clients of their upcoming visit
• Demonstrate patience and understanding w/exacting clients & first time clients
