This position will be responsible to
- Build morale, teamwork and ensure quality client services and effective call handling;
- Facilitating communication between agents, clients, and salon;
- Motivate Call Center Agents to ensure achievement of call center targets and goals;
- Improve and promote quality service through training current and new Call Center Agents
- Prepare and conduct performance reviews
- Interact with clients to resolve service issues by demonstrating patience and understanding;
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Leadership and training experience coupled with a strong work ethic;
- 2 years of call center experience is preferred;
- Previous management experience in hospitality, preferably hotel, food, and or luxury retail industries
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (we are open 7 days a week, 8am-8pm);
- Effective verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to pick up new concepts and software quickly and easily
- Bachelor’s Degree or A.A. Degree preferred
