Outside Sales Representative

Braeside Displays is a leader in the design, engineering, and manufacture of displays and merchandising solutions. Located in Antioch, IL, we work with major brands, retailers, agencies, and distributors to provide solutions that are on time, on budget, and on point. We have experienced substantial growth and are looking to further expand our sales team to continue to build on the momentum that we have generated. The outside sales representative will be tasked with developing client relationships and selling Braeside’s products and services to new accounts. The ideal candidate will have:

• An aggressive hunter mentality with the ability to generate new accounts from scratch and expand our relationship with existing customers.

• Two years of successful business-to-business sales experience. Experience in the display industry is preferred, though not required.

• Excellent communication skills, with the intuition to uncover new projects and the ability to quickly and accurately identify key project details and provide suggested alternatives.

• Persistence and follow-through – not only the wherewithal to identify new accounts and projects, but the organization to track leads, the persistence to develop relationships, and the drive to overcome obstacles in order to turn prospects into clients.

Successful sales representatives could expect to make $150K+ in total compensation.
