Qualifications
· 1-2 years customer service or sales experience
· Excellent communications skills, orally and in writing
· Basic computer skills and knowledge of common business applications
· Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology and computer systems
· Basic knowledge of various cellular device operating systems
· A High School Degree or GED required
· Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required
· Full Time/Long Term Candidates strongly preferred
