About this job
Will provide floor care at all four Oaklawn locations. Schedule includes regular location rotation.
- Will maintain the maintenance/housekeeping work orders for floor care
- Will follow a regular daily work schedule for all campuses and facilities.
- Will use designated chemicals and compounds for cleaning. Be aware of appropriate usage of such chemicals and compounds.
- Hours will be during 2nd or 3rd shift.
High School Diploma?GED preferred. In absence of High School Diploma/GED, a minimum of two years floor care or maintenance experience required. Knowledge of floor types - carpet, tile and laminate a plus.
