Behavior Specialist

The Behavioral Specialist /Analyst provides appropriate behavior intervention for identified individuals and staff training related to the principles of applied behavior analysis including data collection and individual behavior treatment plans. The Behavior Specialist/Analyst will conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop function-based behavior support plans using evidence-based methods as well as provide consultation, teaching and training opportunities to interdisciplinary team members.
This position includes involvement in all aspects of crisis management until resolution and communicating important behavioral information to parents/guardians and multidisciplinary team professionals. Applicant must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in large teams.

Must have:

• Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, ABA, or other related field.
• Experience working with children with autism
• BCBA or BCaBA preferred
• Experience in behavior analysis is preferred
