About this job
This is a non-professional position assisting an Adult Training Facility Supervisor in adapting a program to fit the educational and social needs and abilities of individuals being served b the Arc Fayette. Work is performed under the general direction of an Adult Training Facility Supervisor with periodic reviews of work conducted through conferences and observation. This position may also be responsible for providing individualized support to one specific consumer based on their required level of supervision being 1:1 support.

Job Specifications:
- Experience working with people with disabilities perferred.
- Must have valid PA driver's license.
- Must process a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have Act 33 and 34 Clearance fro the State of PA.
- Must possess the ability to maintain an interest in the positive improvement and development of individuals with varying degrees of disabilities.
- Must possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
- Must have the physical capabilities to lift fifty (50) pounds.
Job Type: Part-time: $7.50/hour
