About this job
At Bello Machre, our Direct Support Professionals provide loving care for people with developmental disabilities who either live in one of our privately owned homes or their own home throughout Anne Arundel and Carroll Counties. In addition to providing support and loving care, our employees help the people we serve to learn independent living skills, plan activities in the home and community, and implement individual program plans.
We have opportunities for both part-time and full-time positions and a variety of flexible weekday (early mornings and evenings) and weekend hours available.
Eligible candidates must be at least 18 years old and must have a high school degree/GED and a current driver’s license with a good driving record for the last three years. Experience in the human services field is preferred but not required.
Benefits include: FREE medical insurance, optional dental and vision insurance, paid sick and vacation time, and paid training, including Certified Medication Technician, Behavior Principles and Strategies, Introduction to Developmental Disabilities, CPR/First Aid, and other relevant learning opportunities such as Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
