Entry level Direct Marketing Representative
Bealstone, Inc. is a private consulting firm headquartered in the metropolitan Pittsburgh, PA area. Over the past five years our company has grown throughout the Midwest, with ambitions to expand two new offices in 2018. We attribute that success to both our motivated team members and our dynamic training program .
We are currently looking for candidates who demonstrate a tremendous drive, energy, and work ethic , to be trained as a direct marketing representative.
Bealstone works with the largest office supplier in the country who desires a strong, local connection with their business customers. Direct Marketing Representatives will work face to face with business customers to help secure, develop, and maintain these relationships. These skills will be developed and refined during our paid training program.
Our firm strongly believes direct customer service is the best way to make an impactful and lasting impression with our local customers.
Day to Day Activities of Direct Marketing Representative
- Visit with local business customers daily
- Develop and maintain strong book of customers with high residual revenue
- Provide cost-effective options for customers to show value
- Build strong local relationships with customer base
- Bring energy, excitement, and passion to the team and customers daily
Although we are willing to train candidates from diverse backgrounds, preference will be given to those who possess the following:
- 0-2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, marketing, or advertising
- Results driven, energetic, resourceful, and hand on individual
- Excellent organization skills
- Proven ability to plan and executive team and individual goals
- Can work well individually as well as in a team environment
