Join one of the TOP SELLING Real Estate offices, we are searching for an EXPERIENCED full-time Administrative Assistant. We are located at 2nd St & Hwy 98 in Port St. Joe, FL.
Some of the tasks include:
Manage Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and more)
Managing Phone calls and emails
Preparation of documents for listings and agreements
Contract knowledge and preparation
File organization, database management, client management
Need excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Drive. MUST HAVE an upbeat positive attitude, attention to detail, very organized and have the ability to multi-task and continuously re-prioritize!
