Job Description
The front desk administrator is responsible for operating an efficient front desk, answering all incoming calls, greeting visitors and performing other administrative duties. The front desk administrator maintains a positive relationship with customers, visitors, as well as fellow employees.

Would be ideal if able to start ASAP.

Job responsibilities:
  • Answer all incoming calls and greets all visitors.
  • Manage multiple calendars
  • Process expense reports
  • Open and distribute mail
  • Able to maintain good housekeeping - ie. clean kitchen
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Possess strong competency with MS Office software, Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook
  • Excellent written/verbal communications skills, excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintains a great attendance record and is reliable.
  • Complies with company rules, policies, and decisions.
  • Perform the responsibilities of the position at a satisfactory level of efficiency.
  • May sit for prolonged periods performing repetitive clerical duties. Stands, stoops, bends, reaches, and carries items and material of light weight (Under 15 lbs.).
  • Must maintain confidentiality of employee, department, and company business.
