We are seeking a Business Development Manager to build and maintain relationships in the Middle and Souther Kentucky Markets.

While a background in staffing is a plus, it's not required. RequirementsJob Summary of Business Development Executive:

You will manage a Sales Pipeline and Execute Sales activities and be responsible for creating and managing relationships with Hiring Managers, ensuring we are continuously building rapport, while partnering with our recruiting team to match top candidates with clients.

Responsibilities:

Execute sales strategies in large accounts, mid-market and emerging businesses.
Acquire and manage large, complex enterprise accounts with multiple buying influences.
Negotiate favorable agreements, including favorable payment terms and recruiting fees.
Build high-quality, long-term business relationships with clients.
Manage client relationships at the executive level in conjunction with leadership, keeping our company in good standing with clients.
Partner with our recruiters.
Identify opportunities thru networking events and business groups.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University.
Compensation $42,000 to $85,000
