Job Summary: Full-time w/ full benefits. Mon-Fri 40/hrs week and based out of Aspen Valley Hospital. Collects daily discharges and performs HIM operational record processes to facilitate timely readiness for coding, to include assembly/analysis (assignment of deficiencies), final analysis (clearing of deficiencies), loose material filing, transcription download and report distribution, MPI consolidation or information processing, in keeping with Best Practice HIM protocols.# RM#P Specialist is responsible for workflow efficiency and complying with industry standards of chart management, content and authentication.# Proficiency in the operation of standard office equipment including computers, knowledge of software, reader printers, copiers, fax machines, telephones and pagers is required.# Prepares and scans records as assigned.# Manages electronic medical record with accuracy and timeliness.
