Stonecrop Technologies is expanding! We are opening a new regional headquarters in Grove City, Ohio. To ensure incoming product is received and handled correctly throughout its entire warehouse lifecycle, we seek a skilled Coordinator to organize staff, processes, and procedures.

Stonecrop Technologies is expanding! We are opening a new regional headquarters in Grove City, Ohio. To ensure incoming product is received and handled correctly throughout its entire warehouse lifecycle, we seek a skilled Coordinator to organize staff, processes, and procedures.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Assure that staff handles all orders as quickly as possible with product received the same day of delivery including:
- Input of all freight into the system the same day of receipt
- Discrepancy reports completed and forwarded to the appropriate people the same day of delivery
- Freight claims made in a timely manner and follow-up with purchasing or freight company when necessary
- Packing slips forwarded to the appropriate people daily
- Schedule inbound freight and coordinate freight system to assure timely delivery of product
- Assure that all freight is checked for damage and accuracy of counts
- Works with supervisor to train and consistently enforce Company policies and procedures.
- Performs the duties of associates supervised and other related duties as needed.
- Computer knowledge and skills and the ability to learn business systems
- Strong verbal and non-verbal communication, leadership and motivational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and execute based on urgency
- Proven problem solving and organizational skills
- Knowledge of freight companies and prior experience scheduling (preferred)
- Associates degree and 1-3 years of relevant warehouse experience (including 1+ year of previous supervisory experience), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Forklift experience and a clean driving record
- Ability to meet physical requirements including: a variety of standing, sitting and walking throughout the day. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and on occasion lifting of 40-50 pounds. Occasional climbing of ladders and use of pallet jacks.
- Required to use computer, possess visual acuity essential to examine and prepare documents
- Be able to perform job duties in both an office and a warehouse environment
