Office Manager responsibilities include:
- Maintain and organize office operations
- Proven ability to work with departments in a dynamic environment
- Schedule and prepare for meetings and travel arrangements
- Multi-task and prioritize work at varying levels
- Digital file management
- Manage contracts and negotiations with office vendors and service providers
- Strong interpersonal and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Partner with HR for team events
- College degree
- 3+ years experience in Office management; tech or startup experience highly preferred
- Tech savvy/Comfortable triaging minor technical issues
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suites
- Must have an ownership mentality
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Understanding of urgency/time sensitive issues
- Positive attitude
- Handy in terms of putting together furniture in a pinch
- Community outreach and volunteering experience a plus
